I had the same deal when a "certified" mechanic changed my air filter. I just took my air box off the TB and put it back on making sure it was done right. No more whistle.

A smoke machine (not 100% sure thats exactly what it's called)is a devicethat creates a harmless smoke and you connect it to the vac lines in your vehicle. Wherever you see smoke, that's your leak.
