199,000 miles on the OEM engine....time to get a new one?

When my dad owned the truck, it had several recalls, including an oil pressure bypass valve at the oil filter. I drove the truck in for all the recalls, so I remember this one. Well, for years now, soon after oil changes, the filters have expanded, so we knew the full 40-60psi was passing thru the filter again. I got a K&N and the leak stopped. The K&N didn't expand at first, but it gave in tonight and the truck is bleeding all over the driveway.

What will this repair cost me?
