Unhappy AC problem

I have a problem with the ac on my 95 ram. When i am going down the highway with the ac on and blowing out the dash vents--if i hit a hill the ac starts blowing out at my feet and when the truck levels off it sounds like a panel or something in the dash moving and it starts blowing out the dash again---any ideas?????

Your switch is starting to go bad. Mine had the same problem after a while it will seem to come out of the defrost vents too.
