Can't Get Back Door Open
 

I just bought a 98 Ram 1500 extended cab for a 2nd vehicle. It has the back doors that swing open the oposite way of the front. The drivers sde one works fine but the passenger side will not open.

I have the door panel of it and I checked all the cables and levers. They all seem to work. The top latch looks like it would work fine but the bottom one seams to be seized up. I can look down in the door and see the spring and lever part of the bottow latch. I can pull it and it moves a bit but not much.

Any ideas on how to get this open? I've tried everything I can think of!

I have been spraying it hoping it will open but no luck yet.
