cummins won't start
 

My '98 12v cummins will not turn over. I replaced front brakes, and changed the serp. belt. Started truck to seat the belt all ok. Changed oil and cleaned the air filter, now nothing but a click. Both batts hot, lights don't dim much when the key is turned. Stumped. Starter replaced about 3 yrs ago along with new cables etc. Can anybody help?
