AAAARRRRGGGGGHHHHHHHH. what year ?

early models had a gear in the transmission. later years have 2 speed sensors. the one in the tailshaft of the trans/t-case is called the speed sensor. the one on the top of the rear pumpkin is the rear wheel abs sensor. both figure in. check elec connector on each for mud or damage. sometimes these set of brake and abs lights on dash.

No, it doesnt work at all as well as my odometer. I have a code for speed sensor a and even though I dont know which one that is I replaced them both and it still doesnt work. I believe the piece that plugs into the axle sensor is damaged but I am having a hard time finding a replacement.
