Use small flat screwriver to pop the center cap out.
Inside you'll find a nut (12mm or 14mm - I'm not sure now) unscrew the jam nut and then unscrew the ****.

Boot or ****?

**** REMOVAL:
Shove a screwdriver in the center cap and remove. Take a 9/16'' wrench and remove the blue nut. Install is reverse.

BOOT REMOVAL:
Remove Shift ****^. Pry around the base of the boot and remove.
