Converted Dash to LED's!

Finally converted my dash to blue LEDs! Took me a while and had only a little trouble, but all in all, it was definantly worth it. Take a look!

I had a description of the process and how to do it typed, but when I clicked on the Submit Post button, it said "Page cannot be displayed"....and I lost every thing I typed. A whole hour and half worth of typing. Stupid internet. When I finish typing an assignment I have due next week, I'll post a DIY How To, and try to get some pics of the process. Turns out very beautiful y'all, should definantly try it!

Eh, doesn't look like much. They aren't overbearingly bright though, but with the dimming, it is VERY slight. You might be able to figure out a way though...

DANG!!! That's super bright. So what was the end cost and time invested?

Viper37 Mar 21, 2009 01:19 AM

Keep in mind that they appear really bright because of the low shutter speed..

They look great, I'm looking forward to that DIY as I've been interested in doing this myself. Good work.

did you just switch out bulbs or is this a custom job?

The end cost was around $50 bucks. Only took me about and hour to two hours to complete. I did lose a small connection and had to make one, which took quite a while to fabricate.
