Default 14x3 Air Breather Drop Base Size?

Looking into a 14x3 air breather for my 98 dodge ram. It is not lifted and doesn't have any spacers. I know its limited to basically 14x3 however the problem I'm having is what drop base size I need? I can get standard or a 7/8" drop base, or bigger but then as I understand it I would have to get a spacer.

So what size do I need?

Well in my experience when I had the kegger I got a throttle body spacer thinking it would help clear the linkages (waste of 30 bucks)
Ended up using a spacer on top of the throttle body which for me was 1/2 inch plastic spacer then used electrical tape to seal the spacer to the cleaner
I am using the cheapest edlebrock one of course the shiny one lol
I'm not seeing any part numbers on it sorry about that.

Hey, do you guys know the ID of the crankcase vent grommet? I know you can run a tube to the bottom of the breather but the hose is so ugly. I would like to get rid of it. Please tell me its 1", if its not is there a way I can get a 1" grommet from another vehicle to fit?

Thanks, I would do it myself but my grommet is old and the 90° fitting won't come out. I ordered I new one so I could cut the old one up but it hasn't got here yet and I need to order my breather before my 14x3 gets here.

1 inch breather not sure if it's the same size gourmet as the original or if I got a different size one. I'm almost positive that I ended up getting a different breather to fit tightly
