Next Month's TOTM
 

Ok, since there was some small issues with deciding who to nominate for TOTM, Purpl and I have devised the following plan:

I am going to accept twelve (12) nominations for 2nd gen rams only. Those nominated need to have a picture of their truck either in an album or in a thread somewhere for others to view.
I will be watching this thread for 5 days. The first 12 will be put into a poll for others to decide.

So get cracking.
Post up your nominations and we will go from there.

Also the person nominated does not need to post that they accept, but if they wish to decline, they need to post. :icon_deal:

Oh, and Purpl is not open for nomination because he can't legally drive yet.:)

Yeah, "legally." I still do off-road, around the house, and on my uncle's farm.

Now that if I think of it, I could get my dad (legal owner of the PurplDodge) a DF account and have him get nominated!

yeah but there is a time period before he can get nominated, and so many posts.....

so maybe totm in 3 months,,,,,,,,,,,,,lol

Hopefully you can take some constructive criticsm, if not... stop reading. I kind of like the concept of what you are doing, but I think it is only going to hurt in the end unless your doing a TOTM per section per month. Like the 2nd gen totm this month is... _____ and have a new totm for 2nd gen each month. etc. But if your planning on taking 12 nom's down to one person, then have that person in totm... seems kind of less productive than the current method of how TOTM works. Sure it can get confusing at time, but thats all part of the fun :) Just a few things real quick... have the mods approved this? The reason I ask is, what happens if all sections decide to do this. Say all four gen ram sections decide to do this, what about all the durango and dakota guys? Just saying this seems pointless at the moment. Hopefully you can clear things up for us all.

This sounds like a very smart way to do this so there aren't a whole bunch of people complaining when it comes time to vote. I like this idea alot. This way if we vote for the second gen and the third gen guys do this and so on and so forth then it is fair all the way around. You get one truck or suv from each forum and they each go in to the final voting session. Great idea Laramie.
