OMG...WTF! Dealership is closed
Ok so i went to go make my payment to my dealership, and when i get there, the freakin lot is empty and theres a forsale sign on the building. Ok so i call for like 3 days straight and leave messages. Its not a big dealer its just one of those flyby dealers. Some old new york guy owned it. They just want money, you dont even have to have a drivers license, just money! So i Call DMV, they show that they are still active. ok so i go to the other location, wtf their closed down too...ok so what the hell do i do. For now im just gonna write a certified letter and send it twice a month! Any ideas???

Who has the title? The little dealership? If they default on loans, the banks are going to seize their property. Meaning the bank(s) that the New York guy uses will come get anything they can to get their money back. The bank he used to finance you will repo everything if they don't get their money. You need to find out the bank being used.

what I mean by that is nearly a month ago chrysler had a list of 785 dealerships to close. I am sure even your local news media ran some sappy stories about Jim Bob chrylser is closing his doors after 40 years ect. I checked the list out and found out my Jeep dealer is to close...well to clearify he wont sell new jeeps he plans on being a used car dealer. and other DJC dealer ship has closed locally to me too.

Did you recieve your registration/liscense plates yet? If the financing was thru a bank or lender, the name of it would be on the registration. As in they hold the title to the truck. If its your name on it, that means this guy was prolly some sort of "buy here, pay here". But you need to find out who is really holding the paper on your rig and get ahold of them and get is straight, or the ol Repo Man is gonna come lookin
