Another one won't start

Been working on a friends truck 97 360 2500, freakin' thing won't start. Holding WOT it wants to start but wont obviously. He has changed the fuel pump , and all new relays. We both changed the crank and cam sensors, plugs, wires, cap, rotor, removed fuel rail to clean, replaced injectors he had from JY and pcm from JY. He's gone to get an ECT because when he went to pull the plug off so we could check the resistance, the whole thing came apart. I'm sure we've done other stuff that I don't remember at this point, but bottom line is we are stumped. Compression is good too.

I hate to ask this but double check the timing and TDC for your self if he has done all this work there is not telling where he may have gone wrong. And even with a new fuel pump I would check it's pressure. When all else fails you may have just gotten a bad part.

The bad part of it, is the BAD PART of it! ;) the fuel pressure has been checked and is good, atleast when you turn the key to on, obviously cant check it while it's running. As far as the the timing goes, I was watching while it was checked.

Checked the TPS yet?

Yes all the sensors were checked or replaced, and thanks you both for the ideas, but I just got it. His description about the symptoms of how the truck was acting prior , plus the fact he did the fuel pump and said it ran fine for 2 weeks after threw me off my game,;)
I finally decided to pull the o2 sensors and use my back pressure kit to check it. I pulled the pre cat sensor and got up to get the adapter for the bung, and something told me to try and start it JFS's and G's. Well it started right up, so problem solved.:)

And on a side note, I did originally check the CC for rattling, and there is none what so ever.
