Why not just pull the fuel pump relay when you park it?
I assume that you are either having problems at night, or you are fixing to leave it parked for an extended period of time. Granted, if a thief is smart enough pulling the relay wont stop them, but neither will a fuel pump shut off switch.

Well, I had it broken into and a bunch of stereo stuff taken from it. It has me paranoid. The neighbors also had their SUV stolen. This was a week or two ago. Then I saw today on the news how there was a rash of vehicle thefts over the weekend. This has me super paranoid. I'm thinking when they took my stereo stuff and didn't take the truck it may have been because if they fired it up in the middle of the night it's soo loud it would wake all the neighbors up. I'm not sure if this is why they didn't take it or if it was another reason but I want to install some stuff to make it harder to take in the future.

I just didn't expect all these thefts in a neighbor hood like ours. If I lived in an apartment I wouldn't be too surprised. I really hate this town lol.
