Question 1998 Dodge 1500 4X4 help..

Well I have a 98 Dodge Ram 1500 Extended Cab Sport edition, 4x4, with the auto tranny and the 5.9L V8 gas motor. Here is what is New as of now.... A New distributor, And a New Fuel Pump,A New Crank Position Sensor, And all New Fuse's And Relays, And it has a New Timing Chain, And new Plugs and Wires... I pulled the engine Back apart to make shore it was in time And it is in time... I’ve checked everything I can think of. When it was pulled apart, we pulled the distributor out and reinstalled it based on how the manuals told us to, and it will Hit and all most start.. I don’t know what to do, we’ve checked the timing, and its Right... And it is getting Old Finding a ride to work.. The distributor is installed Right... We checked compression on the cylinders and its between 140 and 150 psi on each one. Its firing and getting fuel, just not starting and running, Its just Hiting and all most starting . I would like some help from someone, anyone. I would be very grateful if some one could help me out on it... And the Fuel PSI is 50psi when Cranking on it.. And now it is throwing to Codes and i don't Know what they mean I've look t in the Both book and don't Understand what it mean's.. They are P0320 and P1282.... Do yall think that maybe the PCM is bad??

We have put all New Relays in her, And Fuses also, And i do have a Service Manual for the truck also. Well i have a Chilton full-size trucks 97-00 and i have a Haynes Repair Manual Dodge pick-ups 1994-2001 as well..And we pulled the Front off of the motor and the 2 marks on the timing gears are lined up and the Distributor rotor bug is pointing at the mark on the cap as well as the Distributor Pick up... And it is firing and getting gas as well... If anyone can HELP I WOULD BE SO GRATEFUL Because I am So
Thanks.

Remove the pre cat O2 sensor and see what it does. And did you replace the Cam pos. sensor also. How did the truck run before you did all this work?

Before you do anything else or spend more money. remove the pre cat O2 sensor and see if it starts.
