What else do I need to remove, I'm down to the flex plate bolts and motor mount bolts. She's ready to pull out, everything is tagged and bagged.

Crank pos. sensor, so it doesn't get damaged.

all the fluids drained? Even the water/antifreeze from the block?

10-4 on the fluids. Where is the crank position sensor btw?

Behind the passenger head. On top of the trans bellhousing. Two bolts hold it in. Its pushed into a rubber grommet also. So after you get the two bolts out you'll have to pull a little bit to get it out. I think thats pretty much it.

10-4 on the sensor.
