Default Need a little help first time posting love the forum thought

So I’m switching to the posi lock to engage the front diff and the collar the locks and unlocks the truck in and out of 4x4 isn’t sliding very well at all any recommendations on how to get it to slide smoother thanks in advance

There's a bushing inside of a outer shaft, where intermediate shaft sits. When this bushing wears out, there's a little step between the two, making the collar harder to connect the two shafts. Does the collar slide nicely on the outer shaft splines alone?

It slide smooth when it gets moved from either end when it’s in the middle but it sticks when it’s in 4x4 or 2wd

Also what Fluid do you guys recommend for the front and rear differential
