Driver's seat electric rails
 

Hi guys I'm trying to get my drivers seat controller to work with not much luck. Now the up/down motors work but the other one dont, nothings moving. I can see a worm drive turning but that's it.
Any ideas what up with it? Should I remove it and lube the parts????
