When truck gets warm won't idle

We have a 97 Ram 5.2. When we crank it cold it will idle. But once it warms up it will not stay idling. I have to drive it with one foot on the gas and one on the brake..Went and had the oil changed no change though. Any help!

Throttle position sensor, or IAC motor. Test the TPS, if it is ok, replace the IAC motor.
