Don't know

I have replaced just about everything too do with the code 43...wires..plugs..ignition coil...cam and crank sensors still same problem eveytime I turn around the shop mechanic is telling me too get this or that. I have spent enough already approx 1000 dollars on this issue now I would like too really know can a code 43 be a bad fuel pump or a blocked cat if so how can I find out without paying through the nose .the truck do make alot of popping noise when she loses power and there is a few slight hesitations and the rpms change slightly a few times before lost of power ...

Ok, from what I can find, a fair number of these problems relate to plug wire routing. Try re-routing your wires according to the TSB, see if that helps.
