Unhappy Still having problems with FI airgap WTF

So I still have the P0140 staying on center problem and its pissing me off. I emailed hughes and they didn't know, I've checked lines and fittings and they seem to be fine. I had a leaking injector so I replaced all o-rings in them, Replaced 02 sensors and checked cat. Still nothing I'm confused and getting pissed Anyone have this problem?

I don't think it has anything to do with Hughes. Have you traced the wires from the o2 to the pcm? Make sure all the grounds are hooked up to motor too. Have you tried the non fouler trick?

You know what Zman I think ur on to something When My buddy and I put the ground back on behind the valve cover we moved it for easy assemble purpose and thats probably throwing a glitch in the system.

I think there are 2 ground wires on that side.

SYMPTOM
P0140-1/2 O2 SENSOR STAYS AT CENTER

TEST NOTE
This symptom is diagnosed using the test P0134-1/1 O2 SENSOR STAYS AT CENTER.

WHEN MONITORED
Engine running for greater than 121 second . Coolant Temperature greater than66°C (150.8°F) . Engine in closed loop fuel control mode. Vehicle Speed greater than 40 MPH .

SET CONDITION
O2 signal voltage is between 0.35 volt and 0.58 volt for a total of 30 seconds and then O2 signal volt is 1.5 volts for 60 seconds . Two trip fault.

POSSIBLE CAUSES

* Intermittent condition
* O2 sensor operation
* O2 sensor ground circuit open
* O2 sensor signal open
* O2 sensor ground circuit voltage drop
* O2 sensor signal circuit voltage drop
* PCM
