Take the Throttle Body off and clean it out real good with an old tooth brush and Throttle Body cleaner.

Clean the IAC really good but do not press in on it.

Tune the TPS to about 0.70 - 0.75 volts.

Reset the PCM.

Waste of money. They don't do a thing on our trucks. They are designed for throttle body injected engines, which ours are not.
