Can anybody tell me the torque specs for the Main caps and the sequence to tighten them in? I can't find my book and need to know in the next couple of hours.

 

main caps - step 1 - 20 ft lb. step 2 - 85.
rod caps - 45

torque seq - from center outwards.

from haynes -
tighten all except thrust caps to 20. tighten thrust to 10.
tap ends of crank back and forth to lineup the thrust bearing and crank.
torque to 85 from center out.
rotate and inspect.
check crankshaft endplay.
