This would most likely be the loss of power problem, https://dodgeforum.com/forum/2nd-gen...um-thread.html

And it sounds like you need to adjust your transmission shift cable. Its located on the passenger side of your throttle body. It is known as the Transmission Throttle Pressure cable. Not sure if the link works...

Forget it if you just looked through the butterflies. You need to remove the TB. And with a light and small mirror look around at both sides and all four corners of the intake. If you read the entire link I posted for you , you would know that. If you did do it right, I apologize.

Its not terribly difficult, but its not for the mechanically declined. Its more time consuming than anything. And if you want to modify the intake manifold, then its obviously quite a bit longer. There's just a lot of bolts to keep up with. Plug up open areas with towels to keep dirt out, clean everything really well. Have everything you need beforehand. The actual removal, fix, and reinstall isn't difficult at all though...

I bought one from e-bay for $49 and free shipping. 1/4" aluminum plate is 1/4" aluminum plate . Fit exact, included pan bolts. Best thing is to replace timing gears and chain for double roller, and change water pump at the same time, and 180 deg t-stat. Next up would be an SCT tuner from hemifever - then enjoy the ride!
