Swapping 16's for 17's

Is there any thing that would prevent me from swapping my stock 16x7 chrome steel wheels with 245/75/16's with some 2006 17x8 factory steelies with 265/70/17's?

It seems like a straight up swap. Just want to make sure I'm not missing anything concerning offset.

I went from 16's to 17's.

I did that. Had to buy different lugs
