Turn signals don't work, hazards work and multifunction switch replaced
 

Anyone had this issue before?

I believe it's called the flasher unit. Inside the fuse box by the driver, blue square thing that looks like a relay.

The older models have 2 flashers in that same location, not the blue multi function flasher. Swap the 2 flashers and see if anything changes.
