Default Transmission noise

Im curouis on what this noise is....in park no noise...when in reverse theres a tisk tisk tisk noise...nuetral same thing but not as loud...same with drive, 2nd an 1st...reverse is the loudest started about a month ago...any ideas

Pop your pan, see if there is metal in there. If not I'd still do a flush. Maybe it's time for one.

U joints would be only while moving.
Automatic could be flex plate.
