1999 Dodge Ram 1500 won't shift

I have a 1999 Dodge Ram 1500 pickup that runs rough between 40-50mph with Overdrive on but when I have Overdrive off it runs just fine. Why would I be having these problems? Any ideas would be greatly appreicated.

Engine miss due to blown plenum. Probably bad O2 sensor, and clogging cat as well. Take a look down your throttle body. Bet you find oil in there.

Are you guys saying its the plenum itself or the plenum gasket that may need replacing?
