Default hooker headers?

I got a 98.5 ram with the 318, and I was wondering if anyone knows what hooker headers fit the truck? Jegs I can only find headers for the first gen dodges, and if there's any true dual piping kit could someone let me know? Current hedmen headers are cracked and the rest of the exhaust was Rigged from pipes found in a barn. Thanks in advance

Dont think so, Summit lists only JBA, Pacesetter, Gibson, Flowtech, Summit and Hedman. Are you set on Hooker? Complete dual pipe kit would probably need to be custom made.

I'll take a look at Gibson unless someone has a better suggestion, I guess I'll just keep the single out Setup too as I am not sure what to do with o2 sensors

If you want long tubes, Pacesetter is about the only reasonably priced choice. There are others, but, they are north of 500 bucks, and hard to find.

No true dual "kits" available. You are going to have to have a chat with a muffler shop, and they are probably going to want to put cats on it as well. Don't forget bungs for the O2 sensors as well. You NEED that front one, for the rear, if you don't have cats, just do the non-fouler trick.

Pacesetter LT's and Y-pipe, with 3" Magnaflow to a 4" tip.

I'm liking the sound of the pacesetter, what size of the headers are running for 3" tubing? I think I'm just gonna run that with a straight pipe

If you want to run duals, don't go any larger than 2.5 inch tubing. Going bigger will cost you bottom end grunt.

I think I'm just keeping pipe setup I have on now, and just replace the pipe that's leaking, its stock downpipe to the cat, the it goes to 2 3/4 to 3 to a 5 inch tip (wanted to be a diesel) what size header fit the stock pipes? Looked on summit racing and I'm liking the full length, but I'm assuming it doesn't use the stock flange, so what would need to be done to put them on, not a huge fan of shortys

The pipe you are speaking of sounds like the Y-pipe, which includes the cat. Here is an example:

Why is your pipe leaking? Is it rusted out or has a bolt broken at the flange causing it to leak or something else?

Just FYI, I'm currently running a set of coated JBA shorty headers I found off my local craigslist. I plan to change over everything from the catalytic converter on back to make up a nice 3" exhaust system. I plan to cut off the 2" pipes just ahead of the converter and reuse those 2" pipes, tie them into a new cat that has 2" pipe inputs and a 3" outlet, add a piece of 3" straight pipe, then a 3" muffler and fab up a 3" tailpipe. Some of the parts I plan to use are as follows:

Dynomax UltraFlo 3" Welded Muffler - 17233
Magnaflow Converter - 99047HM (dual 2" inlets, 3" outlet, front O2 sensor port)
3 - 3" band clamps (back of cat, front + rear of muffler)
1 - bung for rear O2 sensor
