98 Ram 1500 360 won't start, NEW BATT/STARTER HELP
 

I bought this 1998 dodge ram 1500 4x4 yesterday and i parked it to get some groceries, when i came back out my friend was out there and i showed it to him turned on the lights to check the cab lights and see if they all worked, after we both went to leave and my truck would only click when turning the ignition, I put a new battery in it, did the same thing. I put a new starter in it this morning and it will only go wah-wah, but wont come close to turning over, I've checked the starter relay by swapping it with the trailer relay and still nothing, I don't know what to do...

Sounds like some bad cables, or bad ground.

Check main batter cable connections, end to end. (power, and ground.)

Does the starter do anything at all? Even TRY and crank the engine??
