P1693 Code help

I just got the P1693 trouble code for turbo charge control circuit malfunction, has anyone else had this problem and what was the fix. I own a 2001 Ram 2500 4X4 with the Cummins diesel. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

from what I can read it is a fault in the ecm or pcm.
