Yes they will fit but i belive they will rub alot, i have 22's and they rub all the time the tire size is 305/40/22, it will work just dont plan on any lowering.
If you put 24" rims on the truck you should take a serious look at upgrading your brakes. The rolling mass of 24s will play hell with the brakes and I wouldn't wanna see you in my rear view mirror ina panic stop.
