Default Best shocks for 1500 4x4

Hi all,

What are folks thoughts on the best shocks for my 1500 4x4? I used to always buy Monroe gas matics...

Thanks for any suggestions.

KYB either the Monomax or the Gas-a-just, I have both and they work well. If I understand correctly the Bilstein 4600 and 5100 are the same valving, the 4600 is for stock suspension, the 5100 is available in different lengths for lifted vehicles. KYB builds great shocks at a reasonable price. I currently have KYB on 2 vehicles and Bilstein shocks on 1 of our vehicles.
