1999 Dodge Ram 2500 V10: Oil pressure gauge reads high
Hoping someone can point out what the issue may be -
1999 Dodge 2500 V10 wasnt started in a year, and upon starting oil pressure gauge is on the high side. I drove the truck nearly 275 miles so far and still shows high. At idle it drops slightly, but returns high.
Hoping someone has some ideas of what this could be?
Thanks in advance for suggestions.

Update...So..I actually went as far as to put a good Autel scanner on the truck, and read out the voltages and oil pressure. They both look good.
I pulled the gauge cluster off the truck and noticed that it was pretty dusty. Once I cleaned and reinstalled it appeared to be a 'better/more accurate' reading.
In any case, Im thinking of simply replacing the cluster to see it resolves the issue.
