Default Rebuilt transmission question

I'm installing a rebuilt tranny and torque converter. Don't I put about a quart of atf in the torque converter before installing in the tranny? Thanks for the help,Greg

Start the engine in neutral, so it starts filling immediately. Doesn't charge at all in park.
