Dodge Ram 95 Cummins transplant

Hey everyone I’ve done the transplant from V10 to Cummins on my 95 Dodge Laramie. Got everything working, tacho the lot.
The transmission does not want to shift, it is like it’s stuck in 2nd or 3rd gear. Reverse is work fine. The trans has been reconditioned about 2000kms ago. Any suggestions?

1995 Pretty sure it is the 47RH

Any warranty left from the recondition? The RH trans is purely mechanical. (TCC and O/D being the only electronically controlled parts....)
