Shaking

Alright, I have a 99 ram 1500 4x4.
I’ve done a decent amount of repairs, plenum gasket, new idler pulley, spark plugs , wires, cap and rotor, coil. Has a new temperature sensor and Air idle control valve, also replaced inner and outter tie rods and sway bar bushing and links .
issue is around 50 mph the truck starts to shake, not violently but it seems to shift up and while going 50 the rpms drop to 1500-2000 but if I give it gas it’ll shift down smoothly and as I gain speed the shaking sigh go away. So only around 50 mph does it shake and when my foot is in the gas. I can’t figure it out, any ideas? Thanks

Tires out of balance, or unevenly worn?

Shakes on both gears, 3rd and OD @50mph?
Condition of the U-joints and support bearing (if so equipped)?

Sounds like unevenly worn tires to me. I also had the steering wheel shake bad when mine were really bad.

I had a vibration at 48mph when my tires needed to be balanced.
It wouldn't hurt to pop the driveshaft off and roll the u-joints around to feel for any grit or binding.
Look for dents and see if the weights are still on the driveshaft while you're under there.

If you hold steady at 50mph, and push the o/d off button, (maintain 50mph) does the shaking go away?
