I've tried everything but still won't start 98 ram5.9l

Ok this all started with a intake gasket change to fix he oil blowing it my tailpipe, guy who did the job wasn't careful and let the back gasket slip while installing and flooded my entire engine within 10 miles truck is down for the count.. I went in flushed the whole system cleaned out oil pan and tube used 5 min flush and cleaned out pan again. Up to that point the truck would start now after I put the pan on I changed the pcv and for some reason the coolant temp sensor had been broke leaving this live wire chilling behind the alternator which of course zapped it a few times. Now no start issue, I've replaced crank sensor, coolant temp sensor distributor and rotor, added an external voltage regulator, ignition coil new plugs and wires, cleaned injectors, made sure it's tdc and checked the cam sensor map and iat sensor. The auto shutdown relay is good fuel pressure is good, throttle is good fixed any grounds I seen that were loose, what am I missing???? codes being thrown are tps high voltage , fuel sender high voltage and temp trans light on dash is on... I just need to know if it's the pcm I'll replace it right now but I'm tired of dumping money in on things that aren't fixing my issue.. I'm getting fuel but no spark someone please help me.

You have a short to voltage on the 5 volt circuit somewhere. Check and see what the reference voltage is at the TPS. I bet it reads 12 volts.... (supposed to be 5.)

Ok yes it read 12 man this is such a headache I don't do well with mechanics so my ex had me put on the external regulator cause of this and it's still the issue is there a standard diagram with pictures lol that I can reference too anywhere?? I honestly don't know where to start looking and my Chilton's book doesn't have one showing exactly what I need to see..

You can download a factory service manual from here. Wiring diagrams are in section 8W. Finding the short is going to be fun. You are going to have to go thru the entire 5 volt circuit, to see if you can find the short. O2 sensors are famous for those kind of troubles though. Might try unplugging them, and see if the problem goes away.
