Default Cold or Hot runs great, Warm it does everything wrong!

I am new to the forum and so far my reading here has been very informative. I have a 2000 4x4 sport 5.9L Magnum. So far I have not replaced the battery, coil or o2 sensor. Those are things I have seen listed here. The Problem: Start truck and it runs great. Idles high like its choked for the cold air here in Nebraska. Then after about 5 minutes you can here air struggle to get through the throttle body. {if you start to drive it at this point it will missfire and act all crazy and have no power} If you put it in gear lt wants to fix itself. If you give it some gas it wants to fix itself. If you shut it off and restart it it will fix itself. If you struggle through all this for 15 minutes during driving and push the pedal to the floor evey now and then it will finally fix it self until the next day then nightmare starts all over again. I have new plugs, cap, rotor, and wires. New Pressure Sensor [the one on the front of the throttle body], New Throttle Position Sensor. New Idle Control Valve. The last fill up I took out a small loan and purchased non ethanol prem fuel lol just in case it was bad gas. I appreciate your time and thought on this. Thank you in advance!

Have you removed the throttle body from the truck and given it a good cleaning, especially in the area where the Idle Air controller (IAC) bolts up in the rear of the throttle body. Remove the IAC and clean the well that the IAC piston extends into real well, as that area collects a ton of carbon. Replace the throttle body onto the truck's intake manifold with a new throttle body gasket and see if things improve. Lastly, if you haven't already, change out the air filter, too.

Are you getting any check engine lights when the truck runs nutty? If so, have you scanned the PCM for any stored or pending codes? How many miles are on the motor?

I will start that this weekend. I will scan the codes and yes the engine light came on recently. Keith L replied to replace o2 sensoor and going to do that too. Thanks so much for the info,
