Default 1994 Dually fender & Tailgate Marker Lights Out

One light has burned out on my left rear dually fender. I was able to get the lamp fixture off, but it looks like that fixture may be a sealed piece on my '94. The red lens does not want to separate from the white base -- any changeable bulb is between the two pieces. Do I need to buy a new fixture with bulb?

I also have (3) of these similar light fixtures on the tailgate, which all have (2) bulbs (one on each side in the fixture). Half of one light fixture is out. This one fixture is far more difficult to remove. A heavy rain chased me inside -- I may have to bend up a wire hook to pull on the fixture as I spread the fixture 'clip' with a screw driver. Again, is this another sealed unit, only with (2) bulbs in it?

Thanks,

Randy

This is the side fender marker light -- has just a single globe.

Yes, these a sealed housings , you must replace the entire unit, its a very common trailer light, so head to any store that sells trailer lights

If you see 2 lights in one housing, its probably an LED, not required but just kept in mind when buying a replacement if you want similarity

It seems Peterson makes them, # 154R Not led though. I would see if you can get them in led, it's less current threw the headlight switch. If you are not aware there was recall for this. To much amperage going threw the switch it heats up and melts. They should have added the 2500 also because i replaced 3 headlights switches in mine so far.

J W Speaker makes these in led but slightly different size.
