Default Radio Doesnt work right with lights on

Hello, On my 2002 2500 when i turn on my headlights my radio reception gets horrible. I have LEDS in the headlights and an aftermarket antenna, and the head unit is aftermarket. Could the LEDS or antenna be causing it or something else? Any input or ideas would be much appreciated. Thank you!

Could be the antenna. Usually with aftermarket ones (especially if they are shorter) you will get crappier reception

Copper foil shielding tape should fix you right up.
