Default Swapping 2000 trans into 99

I just swapped a 2000 46re trans into a 99 ram 1500 5.9 magnum, not sure the model of truck the other trans came out of, after starting and driving for approximately 2-5 minutes the trans temp and O/D off lights come on, what could be causing this issue and how to fix it? (Trans will shift into first a second but will not go into 3rd and overdrive)

Some of the sensors changed in 2000,You may have to swap in the ones from the 99.

This.

Governor pressure sensor changed. Also need the mounting bracket from the 99 trans. (that changed as well.)

Which all sensors changed exactly? All I know of at the moment is the governor pressure solenoid and the transducer

The pressure sensor is what changed, but, so did the connector on it, so you need the whole harness in the trans, along with the correct sensors. I think the TCC and O/D solenoids will be fine though.
