98 Dodge Ram 5.0 grinding noise

I have a 98 Dodge Ram 1500, its making a grinding noise at the front driver wheel once the truck has been driven 20 to 30 min. Changed the brake pads, and wheel bearings still does it yet it stops when i brake. does anyone have an idea of what this could be?
