5in lift cab and chassis

Hey wondering if anyone on here has ever put the 5in long arm lift on a 3500 dually can and chassis model. Mostly concerned about angles on the rear driveshaft where it's a 2 peice shaft with the carrier bearing. Any info or pictures would be awesome!

Could always just space the carrier bearing down some.
