fitting dual 19" electric fans? no problem...
yea yea i cheated a little, but they work incredibly well! one is wired straight up manual, just flick a switch.
the other one is switched too, but the switch gets its power from the ignition, and i leave that switch on. so the fans on when the trucks running, but i can switch it off if need be
i'll get some switch pics when its light out...
...oh yea, anyone want a fan shroud? i hear its cheaper shipping if its in 3 pieces....

coolant overflow is gone, no need for it.
wiper fluid bottle is rigged up with zipties at the moment, could find a good place to put it. i plan on finding a better container to use and tap the bottom for the pump, and use that for washer fluid.

even before the electric fan, my truck has NEVER seen 210 or hotter. even while idling out in the woods and driving at 2 mph for hours through trails. sooo i guess its working pretty well.

wow.. thats surprising.. thats sometimes the cause for overheating on trails.. well for ATV's it is atleast
rad look at my gallery.. might give you a good idea of mounting the washer bottle.. if you dont see it in there i can get a pick for ya..
also.. if your not running a coolant bottle.. might be a good idea to cap off the radcap outlet.. so nothing gets up in there .. and when/if you overheat you dont have hot coolant blowing over the motor...although it might do it some good.. give it a little steam bath

shott, i would appreciate if you could post a clearer pic of your washer bottle location. tough to see from the pictures in your gallery, but did you use a different bottle? any more info you could give me on your setup would be nice. thanks!
and i am probably gonna add just the hose back to the rad overflow outlet. i've never needed that overflow yet, and i doubt i will, so its not really worth putting back, i dont think.
