Cant we all just get along, we're all in it for the same cause, lets have some fricking fun already and hit the mud (or drag strip)

you obviously believe everything you read, you seem to be the all knowing suspension expert from reading your coll offroad sights.
im telling you i have both trucks a stock 1500, and a stock 2500, and have had the stock springs from a 1500, and a 2500 right next to each other on the same bench, and they are totaly diffrent springs get it through your head d0od.

http://dodgeram.org/tech/specs/springs.htm here ya go guy, read the bottom actually ill quote it.
THEY ARE DIFFRENT SPRINGS!!!!!!! YOU TARD, LOL
While the Off-Roadster coils are stiffer, they are not physically taller than a standard 4x4 coil. In my case, an uncompressed #019 was approximately the same height of an uncompressed #225AA. Added height is simply due to the increased stiffness. 2500 coils, on the other hand, are physically taller, although there are apparently 2500 coils that are rated for less weight than some 1500 coils.
Adding Off-Roadster coils to a standard 1500 4x4 should yield approximately 1 3/4" of lift while adding 2500 springs to a 1500 will be closer to, or possibly more than 2". Additionally, the Off-Roadster coils should slip right in once you have the axle dropped, but 2500 coils would probably need to be compressed for installation.

And when it comes to that sight I would believe what they say when it comes to suspension and Im sure everyone on here will agree with me on that.
and that site is a site exactly like this one. So if you post up looking for answers on here are you going to believe what you read?
probably
So whats the difference.

you obviously cant read.
no where did it specifically say V8 2500 coils. He could have been using V10 or diesel.
so whats your point again.
If you read my posts and the posts of others on the threads I listed you will see that there were a few people that gained lift from v8 coils. but if you also noticed that it was on standard cab vehicles. there is less weight. and non of them claimed 2-3"
Im done with this thread.
All I wanted to do is make sure someone didnt rush out and get v8 2500 springs thinking they were going to get the lift they wanted. The only springs that can be GUARANTEED 2+ inches of lift are the diesel coils and the V10 coils.
there Im done
