Default Foolling the o2

So im removing my cat this week and since i have a 96 i need to fool the downstream o2 sensor. Do i have the process correct?

Remove 02 sensor
put anti seize on
drill out 18mm spark plug anti fouler to .5in?
thread on fouler
put on second fouler with anti seize
reinstall o2 sensor

test for o2 light..

remove cat

sounds pretty good, you welding in a bung or just gutting the cat?

nice find. i've also heard that you can just ziptie it on the frame somewhere and since its reading clean air it will be fine

I've heard that too and just put a plug in the old port. I have the non-foulers on mine and haven't had a CEL since.

My cats been hollow for the last year. I rarely get a CEL. I might get one once every couple months if that. I just clear it and continue driving. I have yet to do anything with my O2 sensor because of that.
