Default Won't Start and Gas Gauge Won't Work

Hello to everyone,

I'm new to this forum and I appreciate the help.

I have a 1999 Ram 1500 and it suddenly stopped running while I was driving it. Also the gas gauge no longer works and I can't get it started. Do you think this might be the fuel pump relay or a problem in the fuel pump module? If I have to access the the fuel pump module is it better to remove the bed or drop the tank? If anyone can point me in the right direction I would be very grateful, thanks.

Fuel gauge and the pump are in the tank and it was easier for me to just drop the tank using a floor jack.
If it's just the fuel pump relay than the I think the gauge should still work. Took me about four hours working in the cold.
To check if it's the relay go the fuse box in the engine compartment and switch the relay with the one for the wiper and then the one for the ASM(?) relay, either one one being bad will stop the pump.

Default 2005 dodge ram 1500 5.7 will not start.

I am having trouble with my Ram.
This morning it worked great, then when I went back to start it again, it is only clicking once, and that is all, I had the battery checked and it is fine, any suggestions?

That sounds like a starter motor solenoid. I've had that happen before and I just lightly tapped it with a hammer and it started right up.
