Default power tower

I'm going to do my plenum in the next few weekends.I was wondering if I should put the power tower back on ? Does it help or not? I'm going to do the kegger mod. What is the mod for the throttle body?

If that's a throttle body spacer, everyone says they are useless for these motors with this kind of TB setup.
