stock speakers to new

Alright i've done a lot of reading but never found this. What i want to know is what is the stock wattage on the stock speakers? i have an 06 quad slt. No premium i don't think(not infinity or alpine i think, how would i check that?).

1) if i have a factory amp, it should be under the driver seat correct?
2) 6.5" will be a direct swap? b/c i measured 6.75 and saw that as the measured size as well.
3) the stock set up i have has decent bass, will the kickers have more bass? i know that its all door speakers but i don't need insane bass, just want some more than stock.
4) so if im looking for just a direct swap, what is the best/highest wattage for each speaker to go with?

-thanks guys, i've read and have basic understanding. I just want to do a direct door speaker swap since i don't know much about car speaker systems.

Infinity system say infinity on the speakers and there are tweeters on the a-pillars. Your best bet is to go to crutchfield. Put in your vehicle info and it tells you what fits and what don't fit.

Not sure about the amp as I didn't have the premium system but you can put 6.5" speakers in, I'm running some 6.5" Polks myself.

I actually did a write-up for the install of the fronts (sadly I forgot to grab pics to write-up installing the rears) which you can find in the FAQ section or just click here.
