Wondering if anyone know where to find a r/ t hood. I'd like to put one on my 06 SLT. Aftermarket or used. Or does anyone sell the scoop alone. I've searched online but haven't for any definite answer.

 

There should be one in a junk yard in Northern New York, but it may need some work . . .

 

Yeep...hit up0 the junk yards, or check ebay. Seen them on there from time to time. Be prepared to pay out the a$$ for a true R/T hood. They do not sell the real R/T scoop by itself. You can buy aftermarket scoops for them though.

 

Ahhh.....that still kills me every time I see it.....

 

I'm just happy that you (figuratively) are the only one killed . . . .
Could have been real nasty, I had 4 kids in the truck and the truck that hit me had 2 17-year-olds in it.
